The Lemosho Route is one of the most beautiful routes on Mount Kilimanjaro and approaches the mountain from the west side. It offers good acclimatization, which increases the chances of reaching the Kilimanjaro summit. The trek starts at Londorossi Gate and goes through rainforest to Mti Mkubwa Camp, then continues to Shira 1 Camp and Shira 2 Camp on the Shira Plateau. Climbers hike to Lava Tower for acclimatization and descend to Barranco Camp. The route continues through Karanga Camp to Barafu Camp, the final camp before the summit. Climbers reach Uhuru Peak (5,895m) via Stella Point, then descend to Mweka Camp and finish at Mweka Gate.

• Day 1: Arrive at Londorossi gate and hike to Mti Mkubwa (2,250 – 2,780m)

• Day 2: Hike from Mti Mkubwa to Shira camp 2 (2,780 – 3,900m)

• Day 3: Acclimatization Day via Lava Tower: Hike from Shira camp 2 to Barranco camp (3,900 – 3,960m)

• Day 4: Hike from Barranco camp to Karanga camp (3,960 – 4,035m)

• Day 5: Hike from Karanga camp to Barafu camp (4,035 – 4,640m)

• Day 6: Summit Day; Hike from Barafu camp to Uhuru peak-summit (4,640 – 5,895m), Descend from Uhuru peak to Mweka camp (5,895 – 3,080m)

• Day 7: Descend from Mweka camp to Mweka gate (3,068 – 1,630m)

• Climb Mount Kilimanjaro using the Lemosho Route from the west side of the mountain.

• Start the trek at Londorossi Gate and hike through rainforest to Mti Mkubwa Camp.

• Hike across the Shira Plateau with views of Shira Cathedral, Mount Meru, and Kibo.

• Spend nights at Shira 1 Camp and Shira 2 Camp while gaining altitude slowly.

• Acclimatization hike to Lava Tower before descending to Barranco Camp.

• Climb the famous Barranco Wall on the way to Karanga Camp.

• Hike through alpine desert to Barafu Camp, the final camp before the summit.

• Reach Uhuru Peak (5,895m) via Stella Point on summit day.

• Descend to Mweka Camp and finish the trek at Mweka Gate.

• Complete an 7-day Kilimanjaro climb with guides, porters, camping equipment, meals, and park fees included.
